1) Referral commission is 10% of the project total. Includes all Digital Marketing Services.

2) Project total does not include separate items such as hosting and items paid for directly by the client which are separate from the Digital Marketing services provided by APEX.

3) Referral commission is payable to the sales rep after project completion and acceptance, and the FINAL payment is received from the client.

4) Referral commission will be payable within 5 business days from the date of receipt of payment from the client.

1) Referral commission is 20% of the monthly fee contracted with the client.

2) Referral commission is payable as follows: 10% upon receipt of payment for the 1st month of services. 10% upon receipt of payment for the 2nd month of services. Services are invoiced one month in advance.

3) Referral commission will be payable within 5 business days from the date of receipt of payment from the client.
